Pretty interesting. It reminds me of this tedtalk http://www.ted.com/talks/kathryn_schulz_on_being_wrong.html when he talks about teaching people to be afraid of being wrong.
I also have previously heard and like his quote towards the end about eliminating bugs vs. eliminating humans.
